Smješten u dalekoj budućnosti na pustinjskoj planeti Arrakis, “Dina” nudi epsku priču oko svima-važnog “začina”.
Čuvar zdravlja i dugovječnosti, izvor mudrosti, put ka novom shvatanju svijesti, začin je najveće bogatstvo u Carstvu.
I Arrakis, nazvan Dina, divljina puna opasnih pustinja i kataklizmičnih oluja je jedina planeta u univerzumu gdje se on može pronaći. Dina je centar Carstva, osnovna tačka na kojoj se vodeći Domovi Carstva drže u nepouzdanom balansu, srce galaktičke borbe za prevlast.
Uhvaćen usred interplanetarne potrage za kontrolom Dine je Paul, nasljednik Doma Atreides. Uz pomoć mističnih moći kojima je nadaren, mladić nosi ogromnu odgovornost prema Carstvu i mora pronaći sopstvenu sudbinu boreći se sa silama koje ga gone.
